My name is John Stanton and I am a wildlife photographer based in Crawley ,West Sussex with a lifelong interest in natural history.
I have had several photos published in magazine such as Birdwatch , Birdwatching and British birds and 35 photos in the new Birds of Sussex book as well as several local newspapers.
My interests are mainly on bird photography but I also love macro and use Nikon equipment.
I am self taught, so know all the problems you have when first starting out and can get you up and shooting in no time, explaining how and when to alter settings.
Always shoot RAW and use Adobe Lightroom to edit my photo’s which are then exported as jpg’s.
I would love to teach you the basics of nature photography and hopefully get you hooked on this fantastic hobby ,whether you want to hang your beautiful work on your wall or just want a record shot of that rare species.
Let me show you how.
If your an experienced photographer come along and take advantage of the set-up to get stunning portrait’s of difficult to capture species in a relaxing woodland setting.
Come and build your owns sets and create unique photos, something to be proud of.
