I have just got back from a two week holiday and now back at Millers wood with lots of work to do, a bit of a shock to the system from 100 C to 0 C so well wrapped up.
The weather is very cold and I am about to start on a massive tree planting scheme to improve on the backgrounds and add more diversity to wood, but with the weather so cold I may wait a week or two but being really impatient will be ordering some this week in batches of 50 or a 100 to get cheaper.
The plan is to carry out the planting on free days and whilst I have guests as I can plant once there setup as this will be quiet and I have several areas to do and keep out the way.
Anyhow I had the pleasure of James Leyland yesterday, a great photographer from Guildford and I joined him for the last 2 hours of his shoot to keep him company.
Here is a selection of what can be achieved in such a short while.
