After finished building the last hide (for now anyway) I took a break to photograph some birds on the newly emerging wild cherry trees around the wood.
First I found a couple of suitable cherry perches and got to work.
I started in what I will call the morning hide (new one) then moved over to the main hide.
Maybe the Siskin are breeding locally as I thought they would have moved on already if they where winter visiting birds, still great to have them coming to the feeders.
