Tuesday morning I visited Thursley common in Surrey to see the returning Cuckoo which has returned for the last 4 / 5 years to the same spot, Parish field a heathland meadow.
I sat with others waiting for a visit and luckily within the hour he was in to please all the photographers patiently waiting for a photo, he was on form with a least four visits whilst I was there 7 am – 2 pm and probably continued into the evening.
