Hot date with the Badgers and Owl – 33 degrees

July the 19th, the hottest day on record in the Uk left me with a decision to make, I had received a cancelation that evening for the Badgers and owls as it was thought too hot, so do I stay at home or go and see if anything would appear.

By 8.45 I was set up and waiting, at 9.15 a tawny flew in and grabbed its snack followed shortly by a Badger appearing, it’s funny how the tawny owls stay in the background when the badgers are here.

The Badger seemed very relaxed and stayed for around 30 mins searching for a few peanuts I had hidden around and occasionally posing for a photo.
