I have been leaving out peanuts for the local Jay’s all last week and they are getting braver to a point where they now come in most of the day now.
The most I’ve had in is 4 so far and the occasional Magpie too, which makes a nice change.
Anyone who wants to get some shots of these notoriously shy birds and wants to add to their Jay portfolio then now is the time.
