What a Jay day

Over the last week or so I have had several short sessions with the Jay’s at the wood.

First, I built a few landing perches and stumps, even one in the water to try for reflections, then screwed some small plastic cartons to the rear of the props and filled them with peanuts. (It is always handy to have some clean yoghurt pots around )

In the hide, I used an extra bit of camo netting just to break up the lens and sat back and waited.
